I can't recommend Seth and Starwood enough. They always go the extra mile to find the best deals on materials, keeping costs down without compromising quality. Their constant communication and project updates makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. Seth is a great person to work with- professional, reliable, and enjoyable to be around.
We selected Starwood to renovate and buildout our Comet Chicken in downtown Loveland. Seth and the team did an amazing job working within our timeline, budget, and goals to deliver a fantastic space. Throughout each phase of construction, they kept us informed and delivered clear communication and expectations. Starwood continues to be a valued partner for us and our go to for projects and industry advice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality work
I have had the pleasure of working with Starwood Construction on multiple tenant finish projects over the years, and their work consistently exceeds expectations. They are incredibly responsive and maintain clear communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any commercial construction needs!
Seth was great to work with. He was very communicative, and it felt like he always put our interests first. His subcontractors were also very respectful and willing to adapt to our unique building layout and the challenges that presented. Seth and his team worked incredibly hard and we are very happy with the results. We look forward to working with him and his team in the future.
