Meet Seth

Seth is a General Contractor with decades of experience in the construction industry specializing in managing and delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, new builds, including ground-up construction, tenant improvements, retail, office spaces, spas/salons, restaurants, healthcare and hospitality. He oversees every phase of construction, from initial planning/budgeting and permitting to final inspections, ensuring projects are completed on time, within the budget and adhering to the highest standards and industry best practices.

He works closely with skilled sub-contractors, architects/designers and engineers to ensure superior craftsmanship, safety and efficiency.

As a retired U.S. Army Veteran, Seth applies his leadership, strategic planning and problem-solving skills to his role as a General Contractor. With a background in logistics and operations, he is committed to delivering exceptional results through strategic planning and quality craftsmanship. He takes pride in transparent communication, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach that ensures every project meets the highest standards within your budget. Whether it is a small business renovation or a large commercial build, he will take pride in creating functional, durable and innovative spaces that meet and exceed client expectations.
